Can't access your phone gallery?

If the following happen to you: - You can't open the phone gallery, and the field below the text functions like a text field - You can't see the field - The field is there but not click-able Your phone does not support the capability to upload files from the phone gallery. But the good news is RockeTalk is soon to launch the application for more phones and you will be able to use it without any problems at all. Please be patient, and leave us your number and email ID on the Help page and we will be sure to get back to you! Instructions on how to upload files: In order to upload more pictures or voice or video, please follow the instructions given below: - Choose the file you want to upload by clicking on the area given below the instructions click on the button below to add photos, video or voice. - Once you have chosen the file you want to upload 'Add & Attach' link given below the browse field. You will see a preview of pictures and videos, and you will be able to preview audio by clicking on it. - You can attach any number of files to a message. - So go ahead. Create multimedia messages & comments, up-load pics and audio to your profile or post multi-media mash-ups into the gallery. Back to FAQs
